Kensington Greens is located in north Regina, Saskatchewan, east of the junction of Highways 6 and 11, and north of existing Uplands neighbourhood. Access into the community from the south through Uplands is on Broad St., and from the west off Highway 6 along Norman Mackenzie Road (to be developed). Neighbourhood land use covers an area of 40.2 ha.
At full development the community will have 328 single units and 222 multi units, for a total 550 dwelling units. Proposed population is 1,650 residents (650 units @3.0 p.p.u.).
Projected school population is 440 students.
